I am an acupuncturist and herbalist with over 15 years experience in health care, including background as an RN and licensed massage therapist. I offer a unique blend of perspectives that integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. 

I offer a safe, inclusive space to drop into deep, restorative relaxation where the body can more effectively heal itself. I specialize in gentle modalities, ideal for needle sensitive patients.

My own profound healing experiences while receiving acupuncture and herbal medicine led to my passion for holistic healing. After many years of learning and working in other health and medical realms, I became inspired to train in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, where I have found a home in an approach that allows me to treat the whole person in all of their divine complexity.
